I ignored previous reviews suggesting that this armband wouldn’t last. I’m a careful guy, I told myself….wrong decision. The velcro fell off around the tenth time I used it, and even after using glue, it fell apart again. It’s too bad, as the design and form are really good for running, but the manufacture is so shoddy, it’s a waste of money at any price.

I strapped this armband to my treadmill (on the front lcd panel) and it is a great holder for watching video podcasts or listening to music while working out.

made cheap, but it does it’s job and is not over priced as simular products at the “big box” stores

This armband fell apart about one week after I started using it for running and working out–hadn’t even tried to wash it yet.
I had posted a negative review on here, and someone at AccessoryWizard sent me a sob story to ask me to take it down in exchange for a better replacement armband.
THAT armband has now required fabric glue in several places: most of the Velcro spots needed re-gluing (or they would eventually come off, and until then would guarantee a jam-up in the buckle), as well as re-sealing the vinyl protective window to the fabric.
Make your own decision about “value for the money,” but realize that what you’re buying is not a product up to any professional standards.

I wanted an armband holder that would be easy to slip my iPod Touch in and out of; this is perfect for that. However, it is really cheaply made. When I received it the stitching that holds the plastic cover on was missing from a few spots (looked bad but didn’t affect functionality, so I decided not to return it). Now, after 6 months of use the velcro circles that hold the arm strap together are falling off (i use this for running about once a week) and I’m shopping for a new one.
